My neighbor gave me some Zucchini from their garden as they left for Colorado, so I went to work. First time make this but not the last. I made 2 but I`m going to give one away or I`ll eat both of them............. It`s just as easy to bake 2 since you already have all the ingredients out. Glad you liked it.
