Photo ID should be required and every single ballot needs to be counted by hand and under surveillance of multiple cameras. Only mail in ballots for elderly and handicap people and those are put under harsher scrutiny.
Without fair elections we dont have a nation.

At the minimum Photo ID should be required in all National Elections. Congress could/should make that happen.
