Anyone have any pointers on targeting these? Some good ones turn up in spring then I dont hear of anyone trying for them.

When I lived down there it was an early spring only lake for me, while the water was still cold.
Once the jet ski, wake boat, & ski crowd shows up, I grew tired of constantly being bounced around as a result of the traffic.
Buchanan, Belton, Granger were more pleasant to fish.
