Anybody put in a request lately? I’ve had a couple rods in request for a month without any response from Loomis. I called them a couple times, and after lengthy hold times was told the billing system was down and would be up the next day. Have been given this same reason twice now over a month. Anybody else talked or heard from Loomis?

Have had similar problems. They also now charge you up front for the entire cost of the replacement rod PLUS the xpeditor fee. I sent my rod part back and it took me three months to get them to credit back my credit card for the extra charges. Repeated emails and calls no response.....pretty disappointed as have fished Loomis rods for 10+ years....

It’s gone from bad to worse They do have a notice up on the Expeditor Page now. Hard to believe it’s an IT issue that lasts over a month. Still no comm on my last request.

Noticed their prices skyrocketed too. A NRX+ is now $175 and a Conquest is $220 That’s to cover the cost of the rod. Let’s ya know how overpriced they are. Hahah.

Currently down and completely infuriating me. I'm done with loomis man, the expeditor was the main reason i loved them so much. I remember when they would replace immediately I would get a new rod within 2-3 days sometimes
