Got out to Martin Creek for about 4 hours yesterday. On the water at 7:00am and off by 11:00am. Water temp was 83 degrees. Caught about 20 and kept 18. Biggest was 1.2 lbs and 14" long. Had to hit 10 different locations to get those 20 fish. Wind was a little to much to fish stuff out close to the dam. 18-20 feet of water suspended at 12-14 feet. Most were on a shad colored hand tie on 1/8 oz jig head. Bite was slow but consistent and very light, with the exception of the blacknose . It hit like a freight train. Thought it was a bass at first. No other species caught, which is unusual.
Go get ya' some, if you can stand the heat.
