The state has been tearing down the bathroom at a park by the dam that has been closed off for several years . Why not work on the stuff that needs it ? They closed it because all the weirdo's and leaving there trash ever where .

Many of the patrons at Murrell Park would say Hold My Beer as far as leaving trash

It was torn down due it being used for illegal activities. People can ruin anything that's provided for free.

I believe it's the entrance to an observation area, but it burned down several years ago and they never opened it back up.
