Does anyone have a suggestion on purchasing a handle to use on the Xi5 for deploying and stowing the trolling motor. I want to avoid using the motor head as a way to pull up the motor.

There is a single bolt on handle that is used on bicycles but I forget the details, hopefully someone will provide details or you might google it...
1987 Nitro MX185/Mercury Black Max 150 (needs lots of work, put motor on nephew's boat)
1994 XSC-2200 "Jaguar" AKA Shadow 22 Magnum (restoring w/Mercury 200 XRI)
1994 Pantera II (restoring w/Mercury 200 EFI)

Was 7 or 8 years ago but if I remember correctly it was a handle bar mount from Cannondale. Got it on ebay for like $25. The bar mount was an exact fit for the Xi5 shaft and the length was perfect to the deck. Bought a $2 rubber furniture leg cover from Lowes to put over it.
