I would like to visit there and stay overnight. Any lodging/boat ramps recommended to use or not to use.

Highly recommend the folks at Open Water Lodge, I've stayed there several times.

2nd vote for Open water lodge. Very nice rooms, cabins, etc..
I want to say there is a bed and breakfast by the dam maybe Shoestring Farm Bed and Breakfast. Never stayed there but heard people talk about it.
Sunset Resort is off 751, cabins are smaller and right across the street from the ramp.

There is a motel on your right, a short way before the 2 mile bridge traveling eastbound.
Used to stay there a bunch back in the anglers choice days.
Always some friendly young ladies hanging out in parking lot as well

Sunset Resort is off 751, cabins are smaller and right across the street from the ramp. It's been a while but I've stayed at Shoestring Farms and it was great. They have several bunk houses and served a good scratch breakfast around 5:30 - 6:00 AM.

Always some friendly young ladies hanging out in parking lot as well The Wagon Wheel. Full of crack and hos . Steer clear of this dump. Most of the calls that were brought to the ER in Quinlan that were real bad were from there

Just bring a bag of meth and knock on anyone's door, and then it's your B&B for the night.
Or as others have suggested, stay somewhere else and drive in.

If you do stay take everything out of the boat at night. The motel on the south side of Lake Fork Tackle in Emory looks nice.
