I helped a famous Cowboy with his cars (The Grouch) he had a deal with Forgiato. Not sure how many free set's of wheels I got from him over the years but when he got a new set I got the old ones. That made for some good momma don't know money here and there.

What type of material do you use for the speaker enclosure? Baltic birch with lots of bracing this one is 3/4”. Then I make a face out of 1/8 Masonite. Sometimes I use MDF, but usually birch….depends on the quote.

![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2024/07/full-93588-234550-image.jpg) This is the plug from the speaker hole. It’s 3/4” overall with 13 solid birch laminates. It’s pretty pricey. Around 4x the cost of MDF. I have to order the stuff from a wholesaler in FtWorth. They have everything from 1/16” to 1-1/2”. I usually order 18-20 sheets at a time to get free delivery and a price break.

Nice work, the steering wheel is a little much, but the customer must like it.
