Amistad can go up 5ft but will be drained as fast as it's coming in due to the Mx side maintenance.

Travis up 6 feet since Tuesday. We're at about 640 now, so Mansfield should be open. It's good at 637. Number 3 ramp in Jonestown is next at 645, so we'll need another 6 feet or so.

It's coming. Need another good one up the Llano but one that won't flood them out. I think Travis may catch 10 feet on this one. Hopefully if the rain predicted for the next 7 days hits in the right spot we can get 20! Choke, Falcon, and all those west lakes need it bad!

I would like to see a widespread big rain in Central West Texas. The Brownwood, Winchell area. Get the Colorado and the Pecan Bayou flooding. That would fill Buchanan and send water down to Travis

This would be wonderful! Travis has gotten a couple small pulses of water from the Llano but what you're talking about would be ideal.

Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading

Back in the big flood we had a 40ft rise on the Colorado at our ranch in Mills Cnty. I called my buddies up who have docks on Buchanan and told them you got maybe 2 days to pull the docks to flood level. They thought I was lying. a few listened.

Just my ignorance on docks. How do you pull a floating dock to flood level before the water gets there? I thought the water came up, they floated up and then you reeled them in to shore. I have been on buck for 9 years but have not put in a dock yet. I am thinking about stationary as mone really has no where to go but up and down.

Most have wheels on them. I think they are called roll in docks. Similar to whats at the Llano cnty park. They used a winch
