Are wiggle warts still a thing? I understand the whole pre rap ones, But it seems like all my local bait shops don't carry the modern ones at all. Not even at my local academy. Just wondering if I missed something.

I have around 30 pre Rapala warts. I’m scared to use them for fear I’ll lose them. Haha.

Square bills seemed to overtake them in popularity

I gave my originals to Mark Perry. One was a prototype before they were produced and 1 was from the first production run.

All of them are different, not better, not worse.

Some times they like the old WW's, sometimes they like new ones, sometimes they like the RC's or some of the other WW imitators. I got them all.

Don't get caught drinking the old WW Kool-Aid.

It's still more "where you throw" than "what you throw".

I have both and I think the rock crawler is a better bait. It is a fish catching machine.

Retirement best job ever.
