Kinda new to braided line, what are y'all using to cut it?

Nothing I've tried, nail clippers, scissors, etc., give me a clean cut.

most dedicated braid cutter/scissors work fine, I've had good luck with Cuda Braid Shears and also SK KVD Braid Scissors. The old Boomerang snips that have been around forever work pretty decent, but do seem to wear out faster for some reason.

I use a pair of Chikamasa scissors. They have a special coating in them to resist corrosion from salt water, fish slime, everything. They are proud of them price wise. But, they are great. +\- $150.

The simplest solution would be to throw that braid in the trash where it belongs, but I used a sharp pocket knife when I rigged someone elseโ€™s braid.

The Rapala scissors work pretty good. Really helps to put some tension on the line and then you get a clean cut.

The Pitbull braid cutters are easily the best I've used and I also own the Boomerang and Rapala Scissors. Only 15 bucks.
