Is there a guide that crappie guides Whitney on the forum? Another coach said he’d go if I found a guide. I guess Aquilla would work too, it’s what 20 minutes from Whitney and probably a better crappie lake. Thanks

Workingman Crappie works Whitney and Aquilla both semi regularly I believe. https://crappieguidetx.com 254-652-1027
Kolton's guide service has been posting some nice crappie on a FB forum 817-487-9775

I have never fished with either outfit. Both have FB pages. There is also a Lake Whitney Fishing Forum FB page. Its mainly covered up in stripers but you see a few crappie in there from time to time.

Zack Minnix would be a good one there! Like said before timber on the N end should be holding fish! We fished a summer tournament there years ago and that’s where we caught them. thumb

Thanks slew, being a born and raised east Texan I’ll definitely trust a fellow East Texan’s advice‼️

Minnix is the best crappie guide in Central Texas for my money. I just dont think you will get in with him on a weeks notice.

Thanks for the mention ZackP

Coach my name is Kolton and I run Kolton’s Guide Service. I’ve been fishing Aquilla lately and the bite has been pretty steady with lots of fish being caught. I’d love to have y’all out. If you’ll reach out to me I’ll see what availability I have open and we can try to get y’all on some crappie!
