My question is do you leave your charging system for your plugged in all the
the time or do you unplug them when they go green?

It depends on your charger and batteries. If your charger can regulate the state of charge without overcharging or cooking the batteries, leave them plugged in; if not, unplug them when fully charged.
I have the Pro Guide PGC-140 and Pro Guide Lithium batteries. I leave them plugged in all the time, and it's no problem.

Do something different, you will be surprised what happens.

I have had Minn Kota"s 3 and 4 bank chargers since 2016. I always leave them plugged in 24/7, 365. Most on board chargers sense when the batteries are fully charged and turn off the charging and then monitor the batteries. If any drop a certain amount of voltage the charger will bring it back up to full. During cold weather the charger will sense low temps and turn on charging to keep batteries charged and prevent damage. So, keep it plugged in and let the charger do what it's designed to do.

I have the Minnkota 4 bank charger. I leave it plugged in all the time. If there is an lightning storm coming and I remember, I will unplug it.

I've also got the Noco GenPro 10x3... and 3 lithiums... but I don't leave it plugged in all of the time. I get a full charge on them after putting the boat away, then unplug it until the next time I think I'm putting in. I've left the charger unplugged for 4 weeks and when I checked the batteries, they showed 99%... so for me, it's not worth the risk... a BMS can go bad, a battery can go bad... or the charger can go bad... and I don't want to burn down the house... especially with the lithiums...
