Ghost, that’s what I did too, kind of “dipped my toes in” trying to fix a few bad areas, next thing I knew, I was smothering my lawn in sand, and it didn’t seem to mind.
Mine is not too bad have not fertilized since Memorial Day just treated for grubs and applied Disease Ex preventative rate twice. Not sure I want to fertilize it right now or not. If I do it will be a light app.
well, mr duma$$ let a couple of 50lb bags of granular 13-13-13 get damp; it hasn't clumped together, but it's so wet i can get it to spread with a hand spreader; what do i do?
MERCY - not receiving what you deserve GRACE - receiving what you don't deserve "It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness." America's MESS / is being repaired by God's miracle fixes I'd rather walk with God with no questions answered than to walk thru life without Him and know the answers
You can spread it out on something like tarp and let dry out. Step on it every now and then to break it up. If the humidity is low it will dry pretty quickly. High humidity will take a bit. You’ll be left with some big chucks. Use those around trees and shrubs. Worst case it might be all that great to run through a spreader. Should be good enough to hand spread in the flowerbeds and garden.
