Leave it as-is. You will prob screw it up cleaning it. Very cool conversation piece.

Try a professional cleaner who specializes in cleaning keepsakes and such. It will cost a bit, but they can usually clean things withot compromising the original signature

There are a few products out now that are waterless cleaners. I think its almost like a foam that sprays on and you use a brush to work it in. You could maybe cover the signature with some tape or something.

Leave it untouched and I would place it in a glass or plastic cover to preserve it.

Not a DYI project. Get a pro to clean it or Leave it untouched and I would place it in a glass or plastic cover to preserve it.

Probably take a vacuum cleaner and an air hose to it and get rid of a lot of that dirt.
