The only problem is most of them aren’t cracking six figures. Lawyers are a dime a dozen.

Not all are bad. I really like my work attorney. Ex-marine, humble and all around good guy. If you met him on the street, he'd be in blue jeans with a friendly smile and a dip of snuff. You'd never guess what he does for a living. I always consider it a compliment when people are surprised I am a lawyer.

The term, "lawyers are liars", comes to mind.
There are a few good ones out there, but I've never met one that couldn't bend anything to find grey to win.

There are some real scumbag family law lawyers out there. I knew 1 of the best in Ft Worth at 1 time. When I was going through my divorce I read too many stories on the Divorce Forum about how attorneys created friction between husband and wife and when the money started to run out they wanted to settle.
