If you are just hell bent on fishing there for 10 days I suggest you turn into a vampire and fish green lights all night. Avoid the pile of recreational boat traffic and get off the water soon as the morning bite ends.

Watch out for the deer. Had one run into me. It hit the driver side door. It bounce off it. He was good. Got to the boat ramp couldn’t get out.

ya Chuck what the [censored] does GA back in the winter have to do with today? I mean you had a million bass and bait fish die off. I mean there is no GA kill going on now. Just a blanket statement like that could lead folks to think it was still an issue and killing fish. Yes we lost baitfish but there are still more than plenty. It appears the Striper fishing never slowed down but it did mess with the bass fishing and crappie for a while. The lake was weird for a while but we never saw a major fish kill. We were hammering sand bass and black bass on the lights a month ago. As hot as it is right now I would concentrate on lights at night.

On PK you can't find a place to be by yourself . If you can at anytime in the day look around and not see 25 boats then your lucky . The place is a mad house ever since covi hit
