I haven't used mine in a good long while. But
They are great for for beans,or peas. Or as said
"Boiled" eggs. And I like doing roast in them too.
You can even make lasagna in them or desserts,
All kinds of things really. But I kind of prefer
To keep it simple with mine. I don't venture off
Into anything too complicated with it. Lol

Mississippi Pot Roast is fantastic in this, make sure to brown the roast well on sauté mode first, adds a ton of extra flavor

Take a trash bag out at room temperature, insert insta pot, place in dumpster for 48 hours at 120 degrees until dumpster pops up. You're done.
