Really it's up to where do you want to start. Mid lake or south side. East side or west side. Mid lake west side is Lone Star marina. South side on the east would be Log Cabin.

I haven't unloaded at Lonestar Marina in a few years, the ramp can be a real challenge if you aren't used to backing a trailer or if you have a larger boat.
Either ramp at the bridge between GBC and Seven Points is good, Log Cabin and Caney city are both great ramps.

It ain't easy making it look easy.

The Lonestar ramp is in the middle of a condo parking lot. It is at a weird angle and there are cars everywhere.

on weekdays its not as many cars. If there are no cars parked along the building close to ramp its not terrible. We put in a 22' centerconsole boat numerous times even when the lake was 6' low. A bit of a pain to park trailer and walk back. Nice people own it now. quite a few good fising spots within a 5 minute boat ride

last time I was there it was a$10 fee to launch

I agree with Eric. I usually switch to that ramp during low water conditions. Since I usually only fish during the week, it's pretty easy to deal with.
