With the water level now showing around 10ft. low, does anyone know if the ramps at Wise County Park are usable yet? Thanks.

They are all usable. All over the lake. Watch for debris in the river however. Lots of stuff floating around.

They didn't stop being usable really. Some people started using the low water ramps out on the point. All ramps are open and lake is about 9 1/2' low. Just a month ago we were 16' low. Main lake is pretty clear and up in river is pretty stained to muddy. Fishing is good though.

Thanks guys. I was referring to the ramps for normal pool. I guess I should have made myself more clear.

It's been decent the past few trips. Friday was pretty steady. Slower than I expected but better quality of bites. I fished from first light till noon and had a couple in 5lb range and several in 3lb range. Nothing on moving baits. Mostly mainland. From 1' to 10-12' mostly.

The other thing is I caught smallmouth the previous 5 consecutive trips. I didn't catch any.on Friday.

Wise County Park is fine. I fish by myself 99.9% of the time and launch at Wise County Park often.

I did a couple of times a couple of trips ago. Wasn't bad at all. I launched, beached and parked. No issues.

It's hot for sure. It's that 3am till 11am fishing weather for me from now until September.

You and I as well, but Roberts won't be open until mid / late July. Sorry.

I'm going to where ever I can drop a line. Up at 4 AM, on the water by 5, seems good enough for me.
