Ha, Right. So many anglers have been disciplined for getting in a relatively minor argument on the water.

Like I said, it was stupid on his part, and stupider yet to post it. But it doesn't warrant any type of discipline. Just another day on the water, happens every day of large tournaments.

He also implied that the guy was acting like he owned the spot but in his videos he mentions how he fished that point for the past 3 days which is kinda implying ownership as well. His wife is on Twitter & list a laundry list of why anglers are important. 1 thing she mentions is the free content they put out. Let’s be honest they are producing content for clicks & sponsors which in turn is $ for them. That’s fine just don’t act like it’s solely for the public.

Because in his mind being an Elite pro angler should mean something to every other angler on the water. I know some guys think it means something & they should get preferred treatment but nobody should be upset if someone doesn’t choose to do so, Professional contractors shop everyday at Home Depot but normies aren’t stepping out the way at the checkout line. These guys have to realize that it’s OK for people not to care.

Chris said the guy was streaming bass live. Was he trying to fish what the pros were fishing? if so, that’s real lame.

I personally have zero interest being on any lake that has a big tournament going on. Much less arguing with a tournament competitor about a spot. There are so many spots on a lake, and so many lakes, it’s not worth it.

If I didn’t know an event was going on, and if chris stopped on a point I was fishing, I would welcome him in, and either fish a bit also or say good luck, and leave…

If I’m fun fishing I have zero desire to be in the way of someone trying to win money. I also have zero desire to follow them around and watch them.

What does it matter if he was watching BASS live? The guy was already there, Zaldain should have seen him before he ever came off pad and kept going. Instead he makes himself look like a douche rocket then doubles down on dumbassery.

Maybe it happens every weekend for club tournaments or smaller pick up tournaments but as a pro, you are to be representing the league you are fishing for. Your weekend guys may be fishing for a $1000 pot but pro anglers fish from $80,000 to $100,000 pots.
If you, I or anyone just thinks it is fine to push another guy off the spot you are fishing first then I do believe anglers have no morals, no respect and no value of self respect. It has to be you need to pay for your actions. I know today that concept seems outdated as everyone just thinks they are right and there is no consequences for your actions.

Maybe Trait and Chris should fall off the face of the earth and see how many people really care about them, I think the answer would be zero.

And that goes for most pro anglers, just looked at what happened to KVD when he left BASS, you rarely heard his name anymore. Pretty sure Zaldorkeous is nowhere KVD famous to begin with.

Maybe you should use your legend exemption and go back on tour, show us how it’s done. I’m still trying to qualify myself.

I think the zaldains are pretty strategic with what they’re doing. Trait isn’t stupid, just has opinions like all of us. I haven’t lost any sleep. They still put out a good podcast almost every week

My favorite pro these days is probably Seth Feider.
