 Beat the heat Shrimp Boil

Forgot to add my stick of butter to the pot. I wanted to get it cooked before it was too hot. Onions, Oranges, Lemons, Andouille Sausage, Corn, Yellow Potatoes, Garlic, Mushrooms and Shrimp.
