Hey fishing guys and gals. I'm trying to master the micro dropshot. What are your favorite baits to dropshot for panfish. Let's talk about it. I like 1" gulp minnows but trying to expand my arsenal. Thanks in advance!!!

Kev...My go to is the Gulp Alive 1" minnow as well. The couple down south (Leo & Yesenia) makes a mean jig that they catch a TON of fish on & there are many that use worms & crickets. I also use a #4 VMC spinshot with a tungsten weight 4-6" below the hook with 4 lb Stren fluorocarbon line...

The two best drop shot anglers I know are Steve and Fred aka the Rionator. Both these guys have posted many of fish caught using the drop shot with Gulp Alive products. hooked

There are many flies that work great drop shooting.

wug...earthworms/wigglers all work great...but I changed for the same reasons. Catches just as many fish/dont have to store in the frige/less mess & way more convenient.
