It appears that it's not currently published but off limits starts at 3:00PM on the same day. Registration is at The Tackle Box from 4:00 - 6:00 and will have a live-well check there before launch.

Also forgot to mention that you can go ahead and pick up raffle tickets for the prizes either at The Tackle Box at Registration or at the Highport Marina ramp during weigh - in.
