I took Josh’s family out on Saturday and fishing was great! We started at 7am with live bait. On the first drop we started catching big sand bass. It wasn’t long and the hybrids moved in! The kids were catching as fast as I could bait hooks. We caught fish for 2 hours on 1 spot lock. Wind picked up and we moved around the lake catching fish on Bo-Blades and RSR Littlejohn slabs. Thats a fish catching combo! Sunday June 9 I had repeat guest Ryan out. I had a bait tank mess up. Shad didn’t survive very long without pool salt. My fault on that. So we reeled up the live baits after a few sand bass and hybrids. These guys could cast and catch so we hit the tops of humps and points and loaded the cooler. The Bo Blade was the ticket! They caught their limit and we started catch and release!
