I like 225 for 3 hours, 250 for - 2-2.5 hours, then sauced and 275 for 30 minutes. Turns out perfect for me.

I've done turbo ribs at between 275 and 300 at same results at 225...

Babyback 300 for 2hrs. then sauce/spritz if desired and back in for 30 minutes.
Let rest in a foil pouch for 15 when finished. Juicy!

I use the 3-2-1 method at 250. Works pretty much every time.

I use the 3-2-1 method at 250. Works pretty much every time. I never wrap. I spritz every 45 minutes.

Always smoke ribs around 265 or 275. Most comp pitmasters smoke them at 275

I just go by temp and never wrap. Pull them at 165 put sauce on them and back on for 15 mins or so. Then remove and let cool until they are cool enough to slice. Let’s eat!
