Our city has a 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM quiet time relating to power equipment So you have to mow in the dark? It's an unusual city.  Correction - 10:00 - 7:00 quiet time

Just put yourself in your neighbor's shoes. What time would be too early to you to hear tge noise? Go with that? It's hard to go wrong by using that as your baseline. Before 6:00. That is when I am normally up.

I've been known to mow at 2200 with a headlamp during the summer months.
I have a neighbor who will write me a letter if she catches me mowing at 0600.....yes, she is on the HOA board and a semi retired real estate agent.

Killeen has an ordnance no loud bass music after 9. And surprisingly at 9pm. Everyone chills out.
During the day it's loud exhaust. Mustang drivers. Veroom' Blap-blap-blap.
Carpet cleaning vans, and early artillery practice. Sometimes they'll rock out all day and way past 10pm.

I have an Ego mower and can mow at anytime because my neighbors can’t hear my mower. As a matter of fact I’m about to mow now AFTER I edge and weed eat. June must be a very special month for you. Why's that WAWI? I also have headlights on my mower.

I figure the concrete guys pour their pads at 4 am so why should I wait? If someone wants to sleep until 9 am they need to move to one of those leftist cities where they ban gas blowers and mowers. I guees the lawn guys all have to wear spandex pants and man buns in those places.
