Had a little mishap early last week when re-installing my lower unit. Never could get it to go back in gear after I put it back on o matter what I did. Had a tournament out of town on Saturday and wanted to prefish on Friday. Called Fun N Sun in Hurst and they said to swing by on my way out of town. I pulled up and Taylor and Nate came out and got right on it. We all thought I had misaligned the shifter pin etcabd they were gonna adjust it and send me on my way. They ran into same issue I did and immediately pulled it back into the shop. Unfortunately I had a cracked gear arm which they thought might have had a hairline crack prior then I caught it just right with drive shaft really messing it up. Before I made it to the parts counter Taylor had the part ordered and Nate said he would knock it out ASAP. Needless to say the boat was ready within the week despite Monday being a holiday plus the weekend. Nate even checked a few other things he didn't have to.
I know those guys stay swamped and wasn't expecting anything special time wise. I figured I would be off the water a bit longer with the time of year it was. Both of them went above and beyond and made the whole situation a lot easier. I know we all bitch when things are not up to speed when dealing with businesses but I wanted to share my experience with Taylor and Nate at Fun N Sun in Hurst.

It’s nice that they treat you right, that’s lost upon many businesses right now.

Great post... ...Most people take good service for granted, but will let everyone know if they weren't impressed.

I’ve always heard they take real good care of the people in their circle.

Considering it's been 4 years since I bought tbis boat from them I'm not sure that's it. Makes no difference either way as I pay for my boats and any service not covered on warranty out of my own pocket and when I get treated what I feel like a little above and beyond I like mentioning it. Might be corny but I try and put out as much positive energy as I can as there is plenty of negative energy floating around to last us all.

Yeah Mark, that comment wasn’t directed at you. We have met a few times and I know you’re a great dude and have heard nothing but good stuff when your name is mentioned.
Glad they took care of you as that is definitely going above and beyond
