so weird that Lake Travis has not gained any of this water. all the lakes around it have gained a lot of water, but travis is still around 48ft low

Buchanan is one minor turd floater from being full. a Big flood will send it down to Travis.

It's only watershed is the lakes above it. Until they fill it doesn't get much water.
