My old light died and I'm looking to replace it for night fishing. Is there a minimum wattage or lumens that I should look for? Any advice for ones that you like or don't like? TIA

Well I went the cheap Amazon route. I've had luck with other LEDs from there before. I got the ones with the least reviews that said they died pretty quick. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08F9NGJN3/Will follow up with results since nobody on here apparently has any.

Isn’t night fishing just a good reason to kill a six pack?

Might try a search on here. There have been a few discussions in the past about night lights for fishing.

Isn’t night fishing just a good reason to kill a six pack? Not that I really need another reason, but it sure doesn't hurt! Might try a search on here. There have been a few discussions in the past about night lights for fishing. I did try, but maybe I should have looked on the entire forum and not just in this section. Thx, will do that.

Green Monster. $300 or so. You can pick which white bass you want in my light every night. They swim in circles, eating the shad and glass minnows. Easy to install turns on when it gets dark. That is if you have a power supply.
We were at my slip From 930 till 4:30 in the morning and caught hundreds. And, we’re were using our fly rods. You can see well over 50 fish if the water is clear every night in my lights Otherwise, we will use light line 4 pound with a small black Jig 1/16 ounce or smaller. When they won’t hit a Jig that size we will even drop down to a 1/80 and that usually does the trick.
