Anyone who has ever own one and gotten stuck in the woods by themselves, usually has a winch on the front of the vehicle to pull themselves out with. They usually take a pulley with a swivel in it with a hook on other end to tie the pulley system to a tree. The hook is tie to the tree the cable from the winch goes through the pulley and back to truck. That makes the truck tied to the tree through the swivel . The cradle on a truck is the same way just much bigger same engineering, the top is chained to the tower and the bottom, or hook, is chain to the trailer. The pulley and the cradle will not come apart under normal circumstance and therefore both the truck and the tower are tie down.. OH yea and they both can swivel under extreme pressure or loads. Absolutely no way rj is correct especially since the police report came out and showed rj is lying it was chained down as I said from day one. he came out and said it was not and the cradle just slide off the trailer. no way it just slid off the trailer it was pulled off to the front as I said from the beginning. rj has lied at every step.

for what. my post from page 2 is almost exactly what the police report says and rj has been lying from saying it was tied down to it just slid off the truck. the police debunked everything he said so what am I supposed to apologize for him lying?

LOL I have no idea who RJ is but he is definitely lying about this load left a manufacturing plant unsecured and he and you have the right to get the police report to show the driver was ticketed because we all know rj won't

he said it slid off the trailer it was not tie down there is no way to tie down the load to the trailer all lies. The cradle swivel is made to and engineered to do that very thing. He said A plant can't be sued for a truck driver not chaining a load down and driving and killing someone with negligent that is also not true they will sue everyone involved if it is proven that rj is right and this was a unsecured load and that would be negligence and two deaths resulted and he thinks they won't be suing that company if it really happen they way rj said.

So wawi prove any of those points. just like I said above if you serve a drunk and he goes and kills a mother and kids you will be sued as the bar owner just like the manufacture will be if they let a unsecured load out of their yard and it falls off the trailer and kills two people in texas.

so what do I apology for rj lying? the police report shows he is lying that it was tied down and the chains snapped due to interference from pickup not from driver negligence or unsecured load. The police didn't even mentioned unsecured load at ALL

Agreed, a simple apology and an admission of wrongness would resolve this and we could all move on.
