Looking for a change of scenery from Utah.

Looking for info about SxS trails around Red River NM. Looking for similar trail system as Utah where we're out of the campground by 9am and pokey-ride scenic trails until evening.

Also info/reviews about RV campgrounds -- ride trails direct from campground or do you trailer to trail head?

Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.

There is a rv park on both side o f the city. There are numerous trails that you can drive to from both ones. You dont need to trailer as they now allow them to be ridden on the roads { which i hate). Read the rules if you have kids with you . You also have to buy a pass that you can get in town. Great trails to ride but be aware that alot of them are closed until late June for the Elk calving season.

Red River is a great town in the summer. They have learned how to attract folks with lots of stuff to do in the area. Especially if you take your family. Lots of kid things available.

Family is everything!

Life is precious. We don’t have forever. We have now. This moment. We can choose to love our lives now.

The Red River trails are all pretty tight. If you don’t have trees on both sides, one side is a steep drop off. The town has plenty of restaurants, bars and other activities besides running a SXS. Trout fishing and horseback riding are popular activities.

My brother went to Silverton, CO last year and had a blast on the trails. Most have a width restriction.

Check out the Paiute Trail system in Utah. It is huge and it goes from town to town with flat land high desert riding where you can "turn it loose" to mountain riding. Marysville, I believe has a big RV park right on the trail.

The Alpine Loop trail system in Silverton to Lake City is probably the most beautiful riding I have ever done. There is a RV park in Silverton and one in Lake City.

The Hatfield-McCoy trail system in West Virginia is one that also goes from town to town.

In Tennesse you have Windrock and a couple others that are big riding parks that have RV camping attached.

Don’t for forget Mulberry Mnt in Arkansas. There’s more trails than you can do in a week.
