It's not the real thing. I have heard Elvis impersonators who sounded just like him, but I never once thought "that's Elvis". Part of listening to a record or going to a concert is knowing you are hearing and/or seeing the actual person who did it.

I am not sure about it other than it is awesome technology. I liked Randy Travis and his music from many years ago. We saw him live on stage at the old Reunion Arena. He was just getting famous. He mimicked George Jones a lot, and admired him. During a few of his songs Randy would say George Jones and flip his guitar around and on the back was a big picture of George Jones.

Glad to see he seems to be getting through his health, mental, and dependency issues. Seems like a great guy if he can stay clean and healthy.

What kind of drugs was he on? I remember he got arrested for walking into a convience store buck naked around Lake Ray Roberts

He was extremely drunk, but they never classified the drugs to my knowledge. The gas station he visited is just down the street from me, Tiger Mart. It's a local legend. AHAHAHAHAH
