Anyone have any good reports about these two lately? Have a trip lined up on the 18th to see how the whites are doing in these two lakes. If anyone has any info about any other bodies of water please let me know.
Thanks guys
If anyone is looking for saltwater/freshwater flies (streamers/clousers..etc etc) let me know. I am also available for custom flies needing to be made.

I wish I could help you out, bro. I live about 15 minutes from Wax. lake and dont even fish there. Thats not to say the fishing is bad, though. I just dont fish there. As for Joe Pool, I know there are sandies there, just not many with any size to them. Plus you have to put up with the recreational boaters there. I always go to Richland Chambers. The fishing has been pretty tough there lately unless you whip out the hellpet and start trolling. I hear that's been pretty successful. May not be much help but I hate to see noone respond to ya. I think alot of people in this area fish chambers, though.

Joe Pool is a bit slow right now... I may go out tomorrow evening late. Not sure yet.

A couple of weeks ago, I caught 3 nice size sandies in my first half hour of trolling the hellpet approaching Doghead point. Then nothing for the next two hours.
I think that I will try Pool again in about a week after we get our normal summer heat consistently without all the rain.

I am open for suggestions then. I certainly don't want to deal with an over abundance of recreation boaters. If you know of a body of water that is more reliable let me know. Im going to do some searching myself as well.
Thanks for the heads up everyone.

Waxahachie gets pretty busy on the weekends, weekdays are fine though. As for the fishing, good luck, its been tough out there the last couple weeks...
