When something like this happens, I try to consider the circumstances of the incident and the history of the person being accused. There has never been anything reported that leads me to believe Scottie is a hothead or trouble maker. That leads me to believe that this is a misunderstanding that probably has two sides. Take a mulligan and move on.

I think cops had money on the tournament. Scottie was not their pick. Or, cops knew cameras were rolling and wanted to get their 5 mins of fame. Why else would they arrest someone following police instructions?
