It's kind of tough with all the water. I went out on Saturday and didn't find many. With all the water, I assume most are in the flooded brush still. I found a few post spot females but didn't get a pic. Hopefully the water gets down before the summer heat slows them down.

I’m surprised they haven’t closed the whole lake, they are always looking for a reason to close access gates.

Yea. Lavon can be tough with or without a flood. Lavon get's tremendous fishing pressure. I have lived in the area for about 30 years and I now see traffic near rural areas around the lake. The growth is crazy.

When it gets back down to pool they’ll be stacked on every piece of submerged structure you can find in about 8-20’ of water. Fish small baits and you’ll do fine until early fall on that pattern. I suggest trying a constant level lane like hubbard or cedar creek when the levels are way up.
