Sliced half, right across the middle. Show the center.
It looks cooked to white.
I'd cut that up and put it in sauce. Cook it till it's back to soft. Served over egg noodles. Spaghetti. There's always a way to save it.

Medium Rare  Yeah, that's me too. In a restaurant though I'll order medium just to be safe unless I KNOW they'll cook to order. What he said.
