I have heard both sides so I ask all of you. If you deep hook a LMB what should you do to better the chances of the fish living. Should you cut your line and leave the hook? or should you turn the hook upside down and remove it? Or is there another option??

This is exactly why I personally recommend against trebles. I've killed too many fish that I didn't intend to keep or were too small to keep using em.
