Anyone know of some shops that do super tuning and cleaning on reels? I've got some old shimanos that I want done.

Excuse my ignorance Stump, but what is "super tuning"? Where are you at? I send all of my reels to Steve-o's Reels.

Replacing bushings with bearings. Maybe an aftermarket spool. Latest and greatest drag disc material.
Upgrading it to the point it can't get anymore upgraded.
