It did happen in Muleshoe, the hackers ran the water tower over for around 45 minutes. Leave it up to MSN to post a pic of the Marfa water tower, other random water towers, random flooded areas that are not Muleshoe, call Muleshoe the panhandle and call it a flood.

Ahhhh. I was scratching my head. Marfa is nowhere close to the panhandle.
