not in my courtroom!

There's been a case in New York that I should have been following more closely. Dexter Taylor was a hobby gunsmith. He liked the nature of putting together guns from lawfully purchased parts.

However, the state of New York disapproved of this pastime. They arrested Taylor and, on Monday, he was convicted.

My friend Jeff Charles over at our sister site RedState has been covering this case pretty much from the jump, and in his story from Monday about the sentencing, there was something we had to talk about.

It's going to take one massive cleanout and the sooner the better.

That attorney should have no trouble getting an appeal with a D-bag like that presiding.

Judge? Not in any definition of the word.

Unbelievable! How are judges like these even allowed to practice?

The left doesn’t believe in the constitution.

Wow! How can you get away with saying that on record and in a court of law based on the constitution?

Or....OR, NY could just cut itself loose from those other stupidly constitutional states and be on their mother [censored] own!!!

That's a pretty bold statement to make on the judge's part. Maybe she should go back to the country she came from. After all she's a member of the Ghanaian Lawyers of America. Here is their MISSION STATEMENT:

The Association of Ghana Lawyers of America (AGLA) is set up to provide a forum for Ghanaian Lawyers in the United States to address matters relevant to their profession, to advocate and support the advancement of Ghana and its people while serving as a dominant link between Ghana and the United States. We serve and we give.

So clearly the 2nd amendment would make no sense to her. Ghana is a low level backward thinking country.

No wonder why and how they got 45 in court in NY

It's obvious over the last 3 yrs. the dem/libs don't care about the constitution, rulings by supreme court
or the American people.

It's like them saying screw the constitution and yourself. We make the laws here, and you will abide by them or go to jail and try to stop us!
