One thing that Randy B does quite a bit is to say if you don't modify a bait like he does you will not catch fish on it. He doesn't just say that is how he does it. He said in one of his videos that if you wacky rig a senko type bait and use an O ring the fish can see it and they will not bite it. Totally false. He also said that on this rig you need to use a straight shank round bend hook because if you use a round hook with a weed guard on it you will not catch as many fish. B/S again. According to Randy the fish can see the O ring but they can't see the round bend hook. And some guys throw spinnerbaits with a trailer... Some don't... Some guys use a trailer hook... Some don't... Some guy believe a Spook with a feather on the back hook is the way to go... Others fish them straight out of the package... He's just giving you his experiences... Take them for what they're worth... They're free... Dan They are worth nothing. Bass do not care if you are throwing a Senko type bait with an O ring on it. They will still bite it, it does not keep them from biting the bait as Randy B says it does.
