Nothing on the grill today. Wife cooking peppered steak. It’s so dang windy here on the coast today it would blow the feathers off a chicken. To windy to cook outside.

Thanks, Billy

Made some chicken kabobs with some mini sweet peppers. Used some Weber marinade mix that used orange juice. I’d show some pics but my son and I devoured soon as it was done grin Watching some playoff basketball thumb

Not today but yesterday for dinner, whole elk backstrap butterflied, seasoned with galic salt and pepper, stuffed with philly cream cheese, diced jalapeno, chopped pecans, and dried cherries, fold back together and do a bacon weave over the entire backstrap, grilled over coals until 135 degrees, Served with skillet fried new potatoes and onions and grilled asparagus, Lord Have Mercy !!

Rare is the only way to cook backstrap. 10 to 12 minutes turn it for another 10 to 12 and done. Add a little time or the butt end of a buck.
