I don't have any to sell you, but I recently found a box I really like. It is model #1070 from Plano. It is made just for small jigs and flies. While it is not an actual fly box with the foam to insert the hook into, it also doesn't cost as much as those boxes do. I found them at Gander Mountain for $2.99. They are two-sided with adjustable compartments. It can be adjusted from 11-32 sections. Here is the link from Plano. You can get them online also. I have never seen them at Cabelas or Bass Pro, but I think they are kind of a new product.

If you have really big flies get yourself one of those clear plastic VHS cassette boxes and glue some foam in it.

One of these

I don't have one for sale, but I can reccomend one.

I just bought one of the cabelas double nubby tack cases. They allow you to stick the hook inbetween the nubbers (like little pencil eraser heads). This lets the hackles suspend in air more, rather than lay against the plastic plano case.

Cabelas item IH-313506

If you were making your own box with the VHS cassette boxes, what kind of foam would you use and where would you get it? Thanks.

Cabelas and Gander have a great selection, you can pretty much find what will work for you

Some of those door hangers at Walmart, the closed-cell foam ones that hang on door knobs.
