Clarification please:
I do not see saltwater gafftopsail catfish listed as a gamefish/sport fish
Thus, I presume they are fair/legal to use as bait.
Any size restrictions—I looked in the annual and didn’t see any?

However, hardhead catfish....save them in live well, take electrical dikes pliers and cut off spines, use for ling bait.
