Happy Friday All! My local lake is a bit over full pool and I’m curious what everyone’s opinion or preference is for line when pitching soft plastics in shallow flooded bushes. I’ve been using 65lb braid, with a 7’6” flipping stick, but wondering if I should be doing something different. Looking forward to your input & hope everyone has a great weekend!

65# test braid is like 15# - 17# test mono or fluro depending on what brand you choose. Is that too thick????
It seems to be thinner than some of the suggestions that you did not comment on.
