Who travels and spends money in this economy to watch something like this for a few minutes. Never made sense to me. Men have spent lots more money for a few minutes ectasy than eclipse glasses.

Can't you just use your phone's camera to look at it for you? It will damage your phone. who says? the guy selling the glasses?

We live close to Fredericksburg. I had to run in to town for errands this AM. It was absolutely stupid with the covid/dark for 4 minutes/eclipse people. Dam I'm glad were out in the sticks.

This is as stupid as the Y2K hysteria. Actually, considering there are two total eclipses somewhere on Earth every three years but there was only one Y2K during the computer era, the eclipse hype is exponentially dumber. Thinking the same thing. I remember them warning us of planes falling from the sky.

I think quite of few men would argue that. talking gross overall money spent on staring into the sun thru some 4.99 glasses from 7/11. people are stooooopid imo.
