I posted in the crappie section as well.
Looking for some tips to fish 1st time on Palestine.
Seems they have stocked alot of Hybrids in the last 4 yrs.
Any areas more productive? Seems the hwy 155 bridge would be
a good area to start.
I took others advice on posts I saw and purchased the Lake chip due to the stumps.

just south of big 155 bridge about 20 yards is underwater road. great spot for sandies hybrids all along that area. you will see trolling

I don't always catch fish, but when I do, I prefer Dos Hybrids

Try around flat creek island. Henderson pt. And south of it. Lots of ridges and flats. Shad spawn about to crank up. Hybrids are in about 9-18 fow. If you go early look for cranes or egrets could be some shallow water schooling.

We probably gonna be 3 ft high after the flood. Big bridge is hit or miss. Got a world of 16-19 " Hybrids and if you find the sb they are as big as we have ever had. Good luck.
