 Trailer Winch Stand Repair (Again)

I have a winch stand on a 2015 Skeeter FX-21 (ez-Loader) that has broken at the weld from a previous repair. I am thinking about having it welded again with an added patch/plate for additional support. Anyone know anyone in the Wylie area that can perform this welding job? I know about McGills (they repaired it last time and the time before when the other side broke off). I was hoping not to have to go out there again...
